The Yong Special comes from the collection of midge patterns from Andy Kim. I fished with Andy on the Frying Pan River last year in March and he was just killing it. Almost every cast he caught fish and everybody on the the river was struggling.. Andy is a guide in NM and I am proud to say he is a friend of mine.
This pattern is tied with coats and clark sewing thread. It can be tied in may different colors.
